I’m thrilled that you have reached your goals and your family is now sleeping, well done you! You now have the skills and tools to keep the new sleep schedule in place.

As your child grows there will be inevitable bumps on the road that you will encounter:

- Transitioning from two naps to one or dropping daytime sleep completely
- Moving successfully from a cot to a toddler bed
- Teething and illness
- Or the arrival of a new sibling

These are just some of the milestones that can affect your little one’s sleep and throw your once perfect routine completely on it’s head, leaving you feeling like you’ve gone back to square one.

My families often return to me for help and advice to get them back on track so I’ve created my cost effective Troubleshooter Plans so that you can reach out for support as and when you need.

The plans are for either phone or email* support and you can contact me at any time to ask questions or for support and guidance through any further sleep training that you need to implement.

  • You can choose from time on the phone with me (15 minute minimum per call) or for a number of email responses
  • There is no expiry on the call or email credit
  • Credit can only be used towards a child that's had a full consultation with me previously
  • One plan can be used towards Twins and Multiples.
  • Calls may be taken in blocks of 15 or 30 minutes
  • Make the most of your credits but answering the questions on the call booking form in as much detail as possible

The quicker you recognise that sleep is going off course and you take action, the quicker and easier it will be to get it ship shape again!
